This is the first official version of Portable Apps Updater - ready to face the the public eye

The last bug left standing (concerning the display of remote versions) was fixed and an autoupdater finally added. Hopefully there won't be any surprises and I'll be able to concentrate my attention on transforming all those wishes from the to-do list into reality.

I've been using Portable Apps Updater for quite some time now (the core was developed in March) and it works like a charm. I'm anxious to find out what will other people think about it.
